Molino Borgioli ensures accurate checks of the wheat in the field after harvesting and of the grain on arrival with internal laboratory analyses. Further checks of the chemical-physical and microbiological characteristics are carried out by accredited external analysis facilities.
The company is certified according to internationally recognised quality standards (IFS FOOD v 6.1) and authorised for organic production (Reg. EC 834/07).
